  • Naples Marina Holdings, LLC: purchased 30,517 sf of mixed use marina for $5,900,000 at 2015 Davis Blvd., Naples from Pilgrim REO LLC (Bryan Flores negotiated the transaction)
  • Bear Lake Properties, LLC: purchased 71,003 sf industrial space for $2,387,000 at 25270 Bernwood Drive, Bonita Springs from Cedar Ridge of Bonita, LLC (Chad D. Commers, CCIM represented the Buyer)
  • John and Giovanna Rifici: purchased 3,598 sf of retail space for $460,000 at 17849 San Carlos Blvd., from FBR Associates (Stephen A. Cunningham, MAI, CCIM, Bryan J. Myers, and Catherine Coval negotiated the transaction)
