(June, 2018) – After joining the SVN franchise in 2017, SVN|KOVA Fort Myers has rapidly expanded its presence in Lee, Charlotte and Hendry counties, acquiring upwards of $50 million worth of property for sale and over 40,000 square feet of space for lease. With the increase of demand, SVN|KOVA Fort Myers welcomes two new hires, Tiffany Luongo and Martinn Winters, MAI.

Tiffany Luongo

Luongo joins SVN|KOVA Fort Myers as a senior advisor and brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience to the SVN|KOVA Fort Myers team. Specializing in the Estero-Bonita Springs area, Luongo has a strong background in development and expertise in raw land entitlement. Her expertise includes retail leasing and site selection, office sales and leasing, and all facets of land. Luongo has been featured for her knowledge and success in the Estero-Bonita Springs area in The News-Press, Gulf Coast Commercial, Gulfshore Business and NBC-2, and was the featured commercial presenter at the Estero Real Estate Review for two of the three years it occurred. Luongo has completed hundreds of real estate transactions totaling over $100 million, and her expertise in office leasing led her to lease more than 67,000 square feet of office space in the last two years alone. Martinn Winters

Winters is welcomed to the SVN|KOVA Fort Myers team to establish valuation advisory services as certified general appraiser and senior advisor. Winters holds an Master of Business Administration in International Business from George Washington University and over an extensive career has gained expertise in investment advisory, commercial real estate valuations, executing large commercial transactions for institutional clients, property management, management consulting, commercial collections, and commercial litigation testimony. Winters will take the lead in the SVN|KOVA Fort Myers valuation division, which is the first of its kind within the SVN network, and will provide additional services to complement the full range of commercial real estate offerings to SVN | KOVA Fort Myers’ clients. Winters began his real estate career in 1987 after serving 12 years in the banking industry. In 2002 Winters advanced his career as he added appraisals to his list of services and achieved his MAI designation in 2012. KOVA Companies growth strategy continues with multiple new hires in administration, marketing and management

NAPLES, Fla. (June 2018) – KOVA Companies, a full-service, institutional-quality commercial real estate firm, has announced the hiring of three new employees due to recent growth with new clients and expansion of services. KOVA Companies’ newest team members, Briar Bonadonna, Colby Emma and Hally Kocur, bring an immense amount of talent and offer vast experience to support the rest of the KOVA team.

Bonadonna is welcomed to KOVA Companies as executive assistant. Bonadonna will assist CEO Anthony Emma Jr. as well as support all verticals of KOVA Companies including Property Management, Facilities, Insurance, Brokerage and Hospitality Management. Originally from Rochester, New York, Bonadonna received her Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Project Management and Psychology from Clarkson University. Prior to joining KOVA Companies, Bonadonna accumulated a widespread list of business and volunteer experience. Included in her studies, Bonadonna was involved in the Global Business Program with Clarkson University, traveling to Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand to visit 10 well-recognized local companies, where she explored international business studies. Bonadonna is also the proud owner of Ambizione, LLC and creator of the PodBottle, which has been prototyped and funds have been raised to further the completion of the product.  Bonadonna is excited to be a part of KOVA at this monumental time as they expand not only their team but their verticals throughout Southwest Florida.

Emma relocated from Hope, Rhode Island to Southwest Florida and brings rich experience in business development and a successful track record to KOVA Companies as their new vice president. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Clarkson University and has an extensive background in project management, sales management and investments. Emma gained international business experience while studying business and manufacturing abroad in Italy and Slovenia in 2014. Emma has integrated himself into all aspects of KOVA, including working hands-on with KOVA Insurance Group and KOVA Golf Management. Emma is the proud holder of both the Florida 4-40 Insurance license and the Florida Real Estate Sale Associate License and brings a multitude of assets to the KOVA team. Emma is pleased to be a part of this flourishing company and will work to assure KOVA continues to deliver the highest value for each of its clients.

Kocur is providing brand expertise to KOVA Companies as well as her marketing skills to SVN|KOVA, the commercial brokerage vertical, as their new marketing coordinator. Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Kocur began her professional career in marketing after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University. Prior to joining SVN|KOVA, Kocur has accumulated over five years of marketing and event planning experience. Kocur’s past positions include marketing traffic and promotions supervisor, assistant banquet manager, and digital content and social media specialist. Her expertise includes digital media advertisement, market reporting and promotional event planning. Kocur possesses a certification in Social Media from the Hootsuite Academy along with the completion of courses in social media training within Facebook Blueprint and tracking and analytical training within Google Analytics Academy. Kocur’s proficiency in a multitude of digital marketing programs will allow the organization to grow exponentially. Kocur enjoys giving back to the community and is a proud volunteer and supporter of Valerie’s House, and has donated her time and digital advertisement services to My Autism Connection.
